Problems with the application ?

 

The demo programs offers by MobilCash International are based on small Java programs (JAVA 2ME Midlets) that can be downloaded currently in most of the cellular phones on the market, despite could appear problems with certain manufacturers or models or with the phone connectivity configuration.

The two main problems that can happen are:

1. - The application has been downloaded successfully and the phone is compatible:

Be sure your phone have enought remaining memory, if not you will have to delete some installed applications that you will not need in the future.

Be sure your carrier offers connectivity services like GPRS or UMTS.

2. - The application has donwnloaded on the phone but when I try to make a transaction does not happen anything.

Verify that the phone is correctly configured to connect to Internet (HTML). Internet access is not the same that Wap access, since your phone could accede to Wap content, but not to Internet content. If you have downloaded "MobilCash" an application of conectivity test will be available on your mobile, please execute this "Test" application. If the conectivity is correctly configured, you will be able to read on you phone screen "Test Passed".

In case of not surpassing the connectivity test, you can try to configure the Internet access (HTML) using the following automatic configurators (free service through SMS)

For other phone brads you can try to configure them manually acording the following parameters

1. Select your country 2. Select your carrier

*Please consult your phone manual to conduct the manual configuration.
Any parameter no listed here will not be used.
In case you cannot find your configuration in these pages, please consult with your carrier.
